Utube exceeded quota

I am exporting a Videopad (vpj) project file to Utube and get this message.."Exceeded quota"

I googled and found that this is not a Utube issue, rather it is on the Adobe side. 

Can someone explain this to me? And, will it be corrected?

Video pad isn't an Adobe product. Unless you also have Adobe Premiere, then this is nothing to do with Adobe. People with Adobe apps have seen it too, but it does sound a YouTube issue. Check the account you are using is only used by you. Because one cause of this is trying to do more than 10,000 uploads in a day, and that's hard work.
