Hello!
i'd like to know if Adobe Reader DC are certified by IPC-Brasil (so i can use it as a legally valid document) for digital dentistry forms.

    I don't know who IPC-Brasil are - a web search takes me to a seller of industrial machines. Your best chance is probably to ask your IPC-Brasil who they have certified. I don't know why anyone would certify Adobe Reader DC though.
