Verification code

Question

Hi,

When trying to use Adobe, I keep getting a verification code being sent to the main users email address.

We did not have a 2 Computer limitation before. But since friday everyone trying to sign in is being asked for a verification code.

Are there any solutions for this?

Looking at the description above, it looks like your account has been set up for 2-step verification, which is why you have been sent the verification code.
