Videos embedded in pdf documents will not play

New notebook running Win 10, creating documents on FrameMaker 12 with mp4 video tutorials. Documents "saved as" PDF. Prior to this change from an Windows XP notebook, we never had a problem with videos playing in the pdf documents when opened in either Reader DC or Acrobat DC (both of which had to be re-installed on the new notebook). Now, however, none of the videos that previously worked just fine will run. Instead, we get a Flash Player notification (see below). Have installed Flash Player and the problem remains. These pdf documents are typically viewed in Acrobat Reader (or other compatible pdf readers) and are not designed for viewing on the web (although I did install the Chrome compaible version of Flash, the Flash Player warning remains).
