Viewer Acrobat Reader on C# Application.

Hi. I work for a government entity in Colombia, my email confirms it. We are going to develop an application for internal use in C # programming language under VS2019, the application must contain a PDF viewer and there is a high probability of using Adobe Acrobat Reader as a viewer. It is probable, I repeat, probable that this application will be requested by other State entities. We read the instruction on its website (https://acrobat.adobe.com/la/es/acrobat/pdf-reader/volume-distribution.html) and we believe there are no impediments to its use, however, given the preconditions Described, we want to raise the following question, Are there any restrictions to use the dll (AcroPDFLib) in our software?
