Sorry to say, but we have trouble understanding the message that you are trying to convey. Was there any virus/spam email sent to you? If yes, by whom and what was the content? 

Also, what protection are you referring to or expecting above with the latest version of Acrobat Reader?

More details on this will help us understand the issue better.

yes it was going but spam and virus I don't know something happened but hackers send quality spam every day they don't give a hoot and so should add spam or under ip address blocking since you are a company should and if older version should after remove and give new up to date pdf and apparently at all I know that under LINUX and between windows should be fixed and blocked by hackers after DDOS

This has nothing todo with Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader doesn't send or receive emails.
