Bonjour,

Je me suis désinscrite d'une offre d'essai gratuite au bout de 3 jours. Hors les mensualités ont été retirées et aujourd'hui je m'aperçois de cela et ils veulent me prendre 71€ en plus. Comment faire pour être remboursée? Je ne me suis pas servie de leur service puisque je ne savais même pas que je l'avais et que j'avais résilié.

Thanks you for your answer. But when you want canceled an error, they make
you paied a lot (71€) , it is a theft! I wrote to them but no answer. i
hope they will answer to me and correct the error. Thanks
