If you are saying that the Save as a window open as a blank window, please share the Acrobat and OS version used on the machine for further investigation.

Das ist mit derart wenig Informationen unmöglich zu beantworten. 

Wie erstellen Sie den Scan genau? Welche Schritte unternehmen Sie und was kommt dabei heraus. Arbeiten Sie mit Acrobat Reader oder doch eher mit Acrobat Standard, Professional oder DC?
