Question

We have sequenced AdobeAcrobatReaderDC 18.011.20040 application on server 2012 platform using Thin app 5.2.3 version. After installing the application when we launch the shortcut we get werfault.exe application error.

We have sequenced AdobeAcrobatReaderDC 18.011.20040 application on server 2012 platform using Thin app 5.2.3 version. After installing the application when we launch the shortcut we get werfault.exe application error.

Could you please suggest how to solve this error?

    To fix werfault.exe error i tried to disable "Disable Protected Mode at Startup" in Preferences -> General.But sill we get same error.

    Did you try to use the Compatibility mode?
