Weird Adobe Reader Issue

I don't know if anyone has seen this before but the only way we can fix it is to uninstall and reinstall. It has come back 2 days in a row now. I suspect it is not the end of the issue.

Resizing window does not change the overlap, nietjer does literally any other setting dealing with font/size. Any ideas on a permanent fix?
