Weird loading issue

I have a weird problem occurring with my PDF reader.  I have searched the forums and can't find a solution.

Whenever I have a document on PDF the next page will not load when I scroll until I have clicked the pdf again.

So if I change page number or try to scroll through the document it becomes a blurred image or remains static of the original page. Then when I click it updates the screen to whatever page I am presently on.

I have enabled scrolling but that didn't seem to help.

To add: I have the correct version installed( no updates), and have also repaired the installation with no change.

Thanks in advance,

Wyatt

    Hello Wyatt,

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Please navigate to Adobe Reader's Preferences from Edit>Preferences>Page Display> under 'Rendering' select "For Laptop/LCD screens" or "Monitor", Select "Smooth Images" as well.

Then under 'Page Content and Information'> Select "Large Images"> Click OK and check.

Reboot the machine once and reset the preferences of Adobe Reader, to reset the preferences, refer to the help article How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

Are you facing the issue with all the PDF files or specific to one PDF file?

Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.
