Weird problem with some invoices.

we have a really weird issue in our firm. Acrobat Reader DC and acrobat only can't handle some of our invoices in PDF files. Google Chrome or Edge working completely fine. 

 Instead of normal text, we are getting something like in the attachment. 

The problem is with one of our domain accounts. 

- When I switch to local admin and opens the same file in Acrobat Reader, everything is fine.  

- When I open the same file on the domain account, on a different PC the same file in Acrobat Reader, everything is fine.  

The version we running is: 2019.008.20071

What we did:

- reinstall (didn't help)

- delete the profile and log in again (help for a while) 

- format (obviously help for a while too)

- install a lot of fonts (didn't help)

- tried to compare setting on the computer where it works (The are the same, still nothing)
