What network ports must be open to view a secured PDF?

I was provided a secured PDF with a 3D rendering but the image will not render due to what seems to be my network security. When I open the document on a PC outside of our secured network, it renders fine so I must need to either open ports or allow an IP/URL address through our firewall. What ports need to allow traffic for this feature to work properly?
