Is a translator available? I just got a response in chinese. Almost as hard to decipher as adobe rigamarole.
Honestly, is somebody playing a cruel joke? What is te point of this? Why can't they just tell us how the thing works in plain english--if it works at all.

Assuming that, you got a pdf file which is in Chinese language and you would like to read that using Adobe Reader?
