When I download files I can’t open them from my computer because it say the file hasn’t been shared. Where should it be shared?

As mentioned, you are unable to open the PDFs you download and receive a message indicating that the file has not been shared. Could you please confirm the website or source from which you are downloading these files?

It would be helpful if you could share a short video demonstrating how you download the files and what happens when you attempt to open them in the desktop application.

Additionally, please provide the version number of Acrobat and the operating system that you are currently using.
