When opened in Adobe Reader, a PDF with a DocuSign signature does not appear.

I received a PDF document that had been signed in DocuSign, but when I opened it in Adobe, I couldn't see the signatures. When I upload the signatures to DocuSign, I can see them.

Do you mean to say that a pdf signed in into Docu Sign is not displaying the signature in the Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop app? However, when the same document is open in Docu Sign, it shows the signature. Is that right?

Have you experienced this with the files opened in the Reader app? Would you mind trying it with another pdf viewer, like opening the file on a web browser?

Does it display the signature there? And how about when you open the same signed pdf file on the mobile app Adobe Acrobat Reader? Do you see it, okay?
