Hello @kalyana_3627!

I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Go to Menu > Help > Check for Updates to update to the latest version 25.001.20458. Planned update, Apr 15, 2025. Restart the machine and check.

Print as Image: In Adobe Reader, go to File > Print. Click on the Advanced button. Check the box for Print as Image. Click OK, then proceed to print. Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. Visit the printer manufacturer's website to download and install the latest drivers.

Check Font Embedding: Open the PDF in Adobe Reader. Go to File > Properties > Fonts. Verify that all fonts are embedded. If fonts are not embedded, they may not print correctly on other systems.

Disable Protected Mode for testing purposes. In Adobe Reader, navigate to Menu > Preferences > Security (Enhanced). Uncheck Enable Protected Mode at startup. Click OK and restart Adobe Reader. Please enable the security settings after the test.

I hope this helps.
