When saving a PDF from the internet Adobe Acrobat Reader DC won't save

When saving a PDF from the internet Adobe Acrobat Reader DC asks if you would like to save the changes you have made (I have made no changes) and then when you try to save you are not able to. This is happening at work and it is causing issues,

I have tried disabling JavaScript which did not work
