When starting, Acrobat Asks me to disconect other users

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding a limitation we are facing with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Currently, only three users can be logged in simultaneously. If a fourth user needs access, one of the existing users must log out to allow the new login.

Could you please advise if it is possible to increase the number of concurrent users for our account? If so, what steps or additional licensing would be required to enable this functionality?
