Where can I find a copy of my volume distribution license?

Unfortunately my email was deleted and I am trying to obtain a copy of my original license that I had applied for some time back. Is there anyone I can contact to provide my info for receiving the license?

Unfortunately I am not having any luck determining what the email address used to register was. Is there any way to contact Adobe directly to have them find it in the database?
