Where is my cloud
After the update my cloud features are missing and i cant access any of my files. What now?

We apologize for the trouble you had, as per the description above, I can understand that you are not able to access your files saved on Adobe Document Cloud services, Is that correct?
Log in to Adobe Document Cloud page through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent with your Adobe ID and password and check for your files.
