    Acrobat Pro (Windows or Mac) or Acrobat Standard (Windows only) have an "organize pages" option to extract one or more pages to a separate file. This assume you are happy to say "extract pages 1-7; save that called XXX. extract pages 8-9; save that called YYY." and so on. It isn't a magic splitter that works out what you need.

    You can subscribe or buy a permanent license but you have to install the app instead of Acrobat Reader.

    There is no product called Pro Pack. There is a product PDF Pack: it DOES NOT DO THIS. As noted, you need Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard. You may have to contact customer service to upgrade your existing subscription, as it includes it.

    I am a subscriber to Adobe Export PDF. I want to buy a product in which I can adjust pdf-texts, delete parts and so on. Which product do I need? Pro Pack?

    Same answer. Adobe Acrobat Pro or Standard will do that. Although editing a pdf with anything can sometimes try your patience. It's always best to edit the original document if you have that option.

    It also has the option to split the file according to the top-level bookmarks (if those exist, of course), which is much faster than doing it one range at a time.
