White Box When Emailing & Sharing

Hey All, 

 

I have a user that is using Version 2021.007.20099 of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. When he tries to click the envalope icon or share icon he gets a white box and thats it. 

Possibly, valuable information: 

-Running Windows 10 Pro

-Ran the repair from Programs and Features

-Re-installed the application

-Tried the 'Uncheck online storage option' 

-Tried to move the '*\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\[Version]' folder and relaunching the application

 

Nothing has worked. He can cave the files okay but I really need to get this to work. Thanks for any help.

Sorry to keep you waiting. The planned update for Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC version 21.11.20039  is now available. Please update the application from the help menu > Check for updates  and reboot the computer once.

You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html  and see if that works for you.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described you are getting the blank white box when emailing & sharing

 

As mentioned you already tried to turn of the option 'Show online storage' from the preferences with no luck.  This issue is reported to our engineering team and they are working on it to find the fix. We would need some more information for a better understanding. Would you mind sharing the machine configuration, is it a desktop or any server-client type configuration?

 

We are here for help, just need more information

Hello Amal, 

 

I'm not sure what type of configuration you would be looking for. 

 

It is a deskptop PC tat is domain joined. He just uses this program to review and sign documents. 

 

To my knowledge there isn't anything else 'special' about the configuration.
