why acrobat must close?

in my Windows 10, acrobat was detected a fail and must close, this message appears and close the program, why this happens? and how i can fix it?

    Hi Siomarar6164679,

    Could you let us know what is the version of Acrobat that you are using?

    and when do you get the message exactly, is it during launch of the application or when you open any PDF document?

    As you confirmed that you are using windows 10, so please try closing the Acrobat processes from the background and see if that makes any difference.

    Right click on Task bar> Open task manager> Processes> End task (all Acrobat instances)
