Why are my email docs printing in a smaller scale than I have my printer settings set to?

All of the sudden my documents opened from attachments in emails, are printing in a smaller scale; kind of a booklet format.

I made no changes to my printer's preferences for my printer, nor my Adobe.

I am using the same method I have always used to open the attachment and print the document.

I have tried downloading the file and printing from there; to no effect.

I have tried saving the file to my desktop to print from there; to no effect.

I uninstalled my Canon printer and reinstalled it; to no effect.

I downloaded the latest Adobe; it was fine - "already installed".

What is going on and how do I fix it!!??
