To help resolve the issue, could you please provide the following details:

  • The version of your operating system.
  • The version of Acrobat Reader you are using.

To check your Acrobat Reader version, follow these steps:

  1. Open Acrobat Reader.
  2. Go to Help > About Acrobat. Ensure you have version 24.03.20112 installed.
  3. If not, go to Help > Check for Updates to update to the latest version.
  4. After updating, please reboot your computer.

If the issue persists, try repairing the installation:

  1. Go to Help > Repair Installation (available on Windows only) and follow the prompts.

If you’re still experiencing problems, please proceed with a clean reinstallation:

  1. Download and run the Acrobat Cleaner Tool from this link to remove the application.
  2. Reboot your computer.
  3. Reinstall Acrobat Reader using this direct link.
