Why I can't sign in in Adobe acrobat?

In blackberry10 OS most of the android apps works flawlessly. Adobe acrobat used to run fine until yesterday I can't seem to login to my document cloud account through the app.

Every time I open the app and press on sign in I get an error message saying "your device isn't connected to internet" though I have strong connection.

Please help. I am using this app to transfer all my docs from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone to android devices since very long...

    Hi Saptarshikar,

    There is no Adobe Acrobat mobile application.

    It seems that you are referring to the Adobe Acrobat Reader application.

    The Adobe Acrobat Reader application is only available for the Android and iOS devices.

    As you have mentioned above it used to be working fine on this device.

    Then I will suggest you uninstall the application and then try to re-install.

    Can you share the screenshot of the screen where you get the error message?

    Once you click on this icon, you get a small window.

    Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

    Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
