Why PDF forms are printing blank?

I would like to know what I need to do in order for my pdf tax forms are printing blank pages.  I am using acrobat reader dc.

I have read several things that I should try, but none are working.

    It's possible the author of the form defined the fields as non-printable, for some reason.

    If you shared the file with us (via Dropbox, Google Drive, Adobe Cloud, etc.) we could try and see what the issue is, but there's not much you can do about it with the free Reader. If you think it's a problem with the file contact the author and report it to them.
