Why People not answer our request! Waiting for Adobe response and nothing!

Hello All, 

I posted this request "Garbled Characters when try to open a PDF in the Adobe Reader" and there is a long time that I do not receive any reply.

 

I already provided all the information requested, sent email, but  I thinkthe Analyst is not worry to help.

 

Please, Is the any one to help with the issue I posted.
