Question

Will there be a refund of subscription if my scanned text images cannot be converted?

Hi I am keen to purchase the most basic of subscription for the Acrobat Reader DC (1.7 pounds per month)  so that I can convert the scanned images of my textbook to text for ease of annotation. What happens if my scanned text images cannot be converted? Will I get a refund?

I am not keen to use the trial pack because the pack is a more advanced version and I can only afford the most basic plan. Please advise. Thank you.

    Hello,

Adobe Reader is a free application and Adobe Acrobat DC is the subscription you can purchase.

You may check all the plans suitable for you at Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud  and change the currency or the country as per yours on the same page.

For refund, you can get the money refunded in first 14 days of purchase.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Thanks,

    Supriya

I can't guarantee that you will get a refund but you can cancel your month to month subscription at any time here: Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services . Subscribe, give it a shot, then cancel if it doesn't work. You'll only be out 1.7 pounds.

And if it makes you feel a little better about giving it a shot, it should work fine converting scans with text into live text that can be marked up.
