Windows 10, x64 - issues after lately Adobe Reader update(?)

Problem description: During last three days one of our company worker experienced weird Windows 10 behaviors, like high CPU usage, low performance, some windows buttons not reacting or after dozen minutes, like start button, Outlook 2016 freezing, uninstalling any software through new windows 10 settings impossible, in processes i can see few watchdogs. I uninstalled last installed programs (Adobe Reader had installation date late January 2018 for some reason (?), i thought it's an update, but I can't see any release in 2018).

Current solution: After uninstalling Adobe Reader, the problem seems not to occur again. After installing it again, it again causes the issue.

Device: Lenovo ideapad 110

Question: Did anyone experienced that? Any possible solutions?

Could it be some malware issue? Windows defender scanning didn't improve the situation, scans had no results.

Could You please help me to find the problem, so we could keep using Adobe Reader?

Thanks in advance!
