Windows - Application Error

i am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Windows 10 and keep getting this error message every time I open a PDF.

Windows - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application.

Please help me get get rid of this annoying error message. I've tried to get a computer repair company to fix it but they cannot fix it. I've uninstalled all Adobe products, shut computer down and reinstalled Adobe but keep getting error messsge. It usually pops up twice and then goes away but sometimes it will not go away.

    Thanks for sharing the detailed information. As mentioned above, that you have already tried the uninstall and reinstall of the application and it didn't help. So you may refer to the forum thread where similar issue has been addressed and resolved.
