Hi community!

I am in an enterprise company and some of our customers have the issue that they can't see the PDF preview on the windows explorer preview pane.

- I have already uninstalled the version and installed the newest one (20.006.20034).

- Uninstalling Acrobat Reader DC using the Adobe cleaner tool

- The Settings are correct and the registry seems fine too!

Not all users are affected, but I still get some problems reported.

Now we use the latest version Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 20.006.20034.

THANKS! Br

I had the exact same issue here...

I found out a suspended process 'acrord32.exe', which was stucking the preview.
Couldn't finish the process normally, only when I rebooted the PC. After that, the process vanished, and didn't cause any more trouble, the preview on explorer worked.
I'm looking forward to know what is happening, because it's very likely the problem will happen again.

Thanks community!
