Windows Reader 2020 Classic: Error 1642 Installing January 22 Update

Hello,

When attempting to install the January '22 MUI update on top of 2020.004.30006 I am getting the below errors:

The upgrade cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade.

MSI (c) (88:50) [11:37:44:780]: PATCH SEQUENCER: minor upgrade patch C:\Temp\2020_2000430006\AcroRdr2020Upd2000430020_MUI.msp is not applicable.

Running on Windows 10 Enterprise 1909.

Has anyone else experienced or worked around this?
