Won't allow me to print because I don't have latest version

My company files that I am trying to print comes up with a warning that it won't print because I don't have latest version.  When I check it says there are no updates and that I have the latest version.

Please show a screen shot of the message, including the app window it is in (but without any personal/sensitive info).

This is weird. Maybe the message is generated by a custom JavaScript within the PDF. Is there any Javascript warning in the headline of the message?
