working with PDF's

If you are using windows running machine, you may try this: Mouse pointer changes into a black box or square when moved over blank areas in a PDF document

If the above suggestion doesn't help. Would you please help us with the below information?

• The current version of Acrobat/Reader installed?
• Mac or Windows?
• Name and version of the operating system using?
• Is this happening with all the files or just a few?
