Wrongfully Charged

Dear Support Team,

I cancelled my acrobat subscription before the trial period ended, yet I noticed a charge attempt was made. Fortunately, the transaction did not go through.

Could you please confirm that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that no future charges will occur? Also, please ensure there's no pending charge in my account.

Best regards

Jo, thanks for posting your question about your recent subscription commitment to this public discussion forum. I can confirm you were able to cancel one of your subscriptions successfully. We will need your account updated with a valid payment method before you can access or manage the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription. Please see https://adobe.ly/44Ujkqi for information on how to update your account. Once the account is current, you can then complete the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/4fdwSk9 to cancel your remaining plan.

Please update your method of payment and cancel your subscription soon, Jo, if you wish to receive a refund. For more information, see https://adobe.ly/4f8UKoO. ^JW

So your company makes a mistake and I'm the one who have to go through all this in order to fix it? Can't say I'm surprised.

My apologies. It was much more simpler than what I thought I had read in your reply. All the best.
