XFDF Forms not printing

When trying to process XFDF form through our print server running Windows Server 2012 R2, it appears that the print job is timing out and never actually sent to the print queue on the print server. We did a procmon and found that Adobe Reader 11 is trying to parse through all 6,000 print queues on the server. We tried this form from our test print server that only has 40 print queues and it processes and prints every time just fine. I've had our antivirus team validate to make sure the correct exemptions are in place on the print servers. We compared permissions to where the form lives in test verses live production and it's the same. We need to know if there is a registry key we can add to adjust Adobe's timeout while processing XFDF forms or not parse through all 6000 queues on the server.  We've already made the following changes in preferences on Adobe 11 for the service account that processes the print jobs:

Documents: uncheck the "Automatically save document changes to temporary file every: " check box

General: uncheck the "Show me messages when I launch Reader" check box

General: check the "Don't show messages while viewing a document" check box

General: check the "Do not show edit warnings" check box

Security: uncheck the "Verify signatures when the document is opened"

Security (Enhanced): uncheck the "Enable Enhanced Security" check box

Security (Enhanced): under the Privileged Locations pane, click "Add Folder Path" button, and add the EPS temp folder path, and other sources of PDFs to the list

Security (Enhanced): uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode at startup" checkbox

Updater: select the "Do not download or install updates automatically" radio button.

Reviewing: uncheck the "Show Welcome dialog when opening file" check box

Reviewing: uncheck the "Show server connection warning dialog when opening file" check box
