Your upgrade is in progress

Question

I upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Pro and I'm trying to install the upgrade but its taking forever.

How long these usually take? I've already been waiting for 40 minutes and there is no sign of progress.

There hasn't been any issues with other software installations.

I have stable internet connection and a good pc.

Thanks for the answer but this wasn't the case.

I waited for 1 hour and Ended all Adobe tasks from the Task Manager.

This fixed the issue.

I thought this was ridiculous so I went and cancelled the upgrade.

We have checked your account using your community login email address. The subscription appears to have been canceled.

There might be a temporary glitch that caused this. If you purchase the subscription again, please try signing out and signing in again.

You may also try reinstalling the application using the steps suggested here:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4kJAjB6).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/45s5Brq.
