Sorry for the delay in response.

As mentioned above, you haven't been able to open the file in Acrobat. Is there any error message that appears while opening the file?

  • Please confirm the exact version of Acrobat and how you open the .pdf file in it.
  • Make sure you have the Acrobat up-to-date. 
  • Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

Try opening another file, as it could be the file-specific issue.

 

Please share more details  to understand the issue better.
