Can I share a library of low res thumbnails with a client?

Is there an easy way to share a small library of stock images with a client, so they can choose the ones they like for a project.

Can I add the images to a library, get a link and send it to my client?

Obviously, my client doesn't have an Adobe account and is probably technically illiterate, is busy, and all he wants to do is click a link in an email, have a quick look and let me know what he likes.
