CC Libraries

Hello. Sorry for the issues you are encountering. I have a few things I would like to have you check. First, please check to see that these libraries are present in other places like https://www.adobe.com/files/cloud-documents. Can you also check the Creative Cloud Desktop app to verify that you are on the latest Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer verison (4.6.4-2) by going to Creative Cloud Desktop, going to the Creative Cloud menu and selecting 'About Creative Cloud'. Lastly, try checking in the Creative Cloud Desktop app that syncing is not paused by clicking on the cloud icon.
