Creative Cloud Library Panel Freezes or Slow

Like others have experienced, my CC panel in Photoshop is completely unreliable. Some times it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm tired of closing all of my open files and restarting just to be able to get to an asset. This has been going on forever, and seems like it will never be fixed. I'm far too busy to be playing around with this problem.

    Hello, are any of you able to reliably replicate this issue through a series of steps? If so could you please provide a video of the steps you are taking so that we might replicate it and troubleshoot further?

    I cannot find a trigger. If I quit and re-open it seemingly fixes the problem, only to randomly re-occur again. If I double-click it opens a random photo from a folder different from the one it appears to be frozen on.

      In that case, the next time it freezes, could you please send us the logs so we can see what errors may have caused it? Here are the instructions on how to capture logs and send them to us:

      I have been having the same issue for months now. I was able to speak to an Adobe agent and if they are aware of problem, the agent had no clue on what to do. It is very frustrating when I have depended on it for years. If I had an other alternative I would have changed software already. Maybe I should consider Canva if frustration still persist.  It really ridiculous at this point.

      It's a total disaster. And you cannot even download assets in an easy, usable way. The lesson here is not to rely on Adobe products to function and to delay all updates for a minimum of 6-8 months while they fix the list of bugs. If they didn't have a monopoly on the market, they'd have to pay closer attention.
