I have been deleting most of my photos and emptying my trash, yet it still says I have no storage. I know my photos aren't taking up all 20 GB of storage and I am getting very frustrated with Adobe. Considering cancelling my subscription due to this...

Yeah, I'm having a similar issue- I'm being prevented from sharing any images with clients.

To make matters worse, I can't even locate said "files" ANYWHERE.
Not on my server, and not even in the cloud (even checked trash-it says that there are no existing "files"??)

To be honest, it's really off-putting and the fact that there is a lack of transparency + clarity in achieving something that should be so simple makes me think that this is a tactic to upsell you to their more expensive packages.

If my theory is correct-then It's dishonest and a perfect example of "corporate greed" taking advantage of the small guys just trying to get by and make an honest living.

What happened to community and trying to support your customers?

    Not impressed at all Adobe.
