comment is rotated when page is replaced by other

I have a document with multiple pages and multiple comments. When pages are replaced by other pdf pages, the comment is rotated on the new page. Rotating the new pages before replacing is no solution. What is the solution.

How are the comments rotated, can you please share the screenshot with us?

Also let us know the exact dot version of Acrobat & OS installed on your computer along with the complete workflow followed by you.
