Conversion issue from PDF to Words

2 issues:

1) if the file is large, it fails to convert it from PDF to Words, which was the whole purpose of me purchasing the Adobe Reader.

2) for small files, Adobe does not convert the file in to an editable version on Words, however it just transfers pages as if they were photos and place on Words documents, which again, defeats the whole purpose of me purchasing it.

Please let me know how if there is a way around these two issues, or how to get a refund for what I paid.

Thanks

You will have to ask Adobe about the refund policy. This is mainly a user to user forum, so not the best place to ask questions that only Adobe can answer.

Here are the general "how to cancel a subscription" instructions: Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

I assume that for a refund, you will have to use the "Contact us" method in step 3 of the "Cancel your subscription" section.

What is the refund policy?

I am definitely not happy, that I am not able to convert my PDF content to Word document with the ability to edit and modify the content with the version that I purchased.

It forced me to buy and pay for a whole year at once.

Please let me know how I can cancel and get my money back.

Thank you,

Claude

Hi claudeh75711714,

1) Would like to inform you that Adobe Export PDF service supports conversion of PDF files up to 100 MB.

To export PDF with size more than 100 MB, you will need Adobe Acrobat DC. You can try trial version here: Download Adobe Acrobat free trial | Acrobat Pro DC

2) For your second query, could you please let us know if you are experiencing this issue with a particular file.

Is it a scanned PDF that you are trying to export ?

Can you share file with us?

Regards,

Meenakshi

it did not tell me that there is a limit before I purchased it.

As far as sharing the file, how can I share it with you?  is there a way to attach it or email it to you?

Thanks,

claude

The information is in the FAQ (FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud ):

Working with Adobe Export PDF

Is there a limit on how large a PDF file I can convert with Adobe Export PDF?

Adobe Export PDF supports conversion of PDF files up to 100 MB.

You cannot send an email attachment, or attach a file to a reply in the forum. You would have to use an online service to make the file available. I would recommend to use Adobe's Document Cloud: Share Documents via Adobe's Document Cloud - KHKonsulting LLC

Because anything happening on Adobe's ExportPDF server is hidden for us normal users, I would recommend that you get in touch with Meenakshi via a personal message to provide the link to your file. You can do that by going to Meenakshi's profile page (meenakshin83966505 ) and then click on the "Message" icon:
