I am experiencing crashes when I select the Preference or when I have a PDF open and try to open another PDF. Does anyone know of a fix for this issue?

Please try to uninstall Adobe application (If you are on Windows, use cleaner tool : Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs )and restart your system.

Then try to re-install application from the links provided below:

• Acrobat Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
• Acrobat :Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Let us know if issue still persists.
