I have a user who has Windows 7 and we have an enterprise license but it keeps giving us Invalid Serial Number. Our purchaser verified that Adobe said its a good license. Why do we keep getting Invalid Serial number during installation?

Not sure why Adobe would orovide anything to the user, I'd expect they would provide things to the enterprise coordinator Who delivers to the user. Maybe the user contacted Adobe for help and they assumed this was a retail user. Please download from your enterprise portal and deliver.

I have used those same install files with the same serial number on my machine and it works perfectly fine. What would cause it not to install on a particular machine?

That still leaves many possibilities. Did you download it as a trial, the continuous retail product, the classic retail product, or through your enterprise portal? Only the last will work.

I downloaded it from the link Adobe provided the user to use.
