From who did you buy it? From Adobe, or someone else?

Hi stuartp46649240,

Please let us know the dot version of  Adobe application you are trying to download.

Also please share the exact error message you get when you enter the serial number.

Hi Meenakshi,

I purchased my computer from Lenovo and ordered Adobe software, Acrobat 12, with the system. I was able to download the Microsoft Word package without any problems, but I can't seem to open the Adobe software. I was also experiencing some modem problems that are now resolved. However, now I get a message telling me that my serial number is not valid. Is it possible to receive another set of either Product Key or Serial number to fix the problem? Or, can Adobe send me a disk to load the program?
