I have removed Acrobat XI from the other computers it was installed on but it still is telling me that the serial number is invalid.

I have removed Acrobat XI from the other computers it was installed on but it still is telling me that the serial number is invalid. How can I have any installations active deactivated without having to search all the pc's in my office?

if you had an activation count issue, the error message would say just that.

an invalid serial number means you're using the wrong number with the wrong product, Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite

if you have an upgrade, you'll need two serial numbers.
